Wale is a graduate from the University of Lagos.

He has over 24 years working experience in audit, accounting, taxation and consultancy practice. He was involved in both audit and tax related assignments conducted for various companies and government corporations. He spent 15 years with Messrs Hamzat Subair Folami & co. (Chartered Accountants). He has gained wide experience in audit of trading, manufacturing, insurance, financial Institutions, travel agencies, stock broking and oil & gas (downstream) businesses.

He left the firm of Messrs Hamzat Subair Folami & co. to join M.O Raimi & Co in 2008 and rose to become the Managing Consultant. Between 2010 and December 2013 he worked on a part time basis with Bukki Orekoya & Co as audit/tax consultant.

He left the services of M.O Raimi & Co to team with other professionals to set up DTAS, as the Partner in charge of Audit & Advisory.

Stephen is an alumnus of Kwara State Polytechnic, Ilorin where he obtained HND in Business Administration, an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (ACTI). He is also a member of Business Recovery & Insolvency Practitioner Association of Nigeria (BRIPAN).

He joined the firm of Messrs Hamzat Subair Folami & Co. (Chartered Accountants) after finishing the mandatory NYSC programme in 1994 as a Tax Trainee and left as a Tax Senior in 2002 to a Telecommunication company – Afritec Mobile Nigeria Limited as the Head of Operations, where he had a brief stint before moving back to the industry and team up with Messrs Ighodalo & Co. (Chartered Accountants) in 2004 as Assistant Manager Tax Department.

The coming together of some firms which includes Messrs Ighodalo & Co. in 2006 to form SIAO (Chartered Accountants) gave him more responsibility and exposure and in 2011, he was promoted as Head, Tax Department with large span of control.

While in SIAO, he was involved in Strategic Tax Planning and Advisory Services, Tax due diligence and Health checks for various clients.

He left the services of SIAO in 2016 to team with other professionals to set up DTAS, as the Partner in charge of Tax matters.

Samuel is currently the Partner in charge of Consulting and Advisory Service at DTAS. He has responsibility for the operational excellence of the firm in delivering services and solutions with passion to our esteemed clients. He has about 17 years post qualification experience before assuming his current position. Before taking up the current assignment, he was the Executive Director/ principal consultant in charge of Advisory and Transactional Services at Time Value Consulting Limited.

At Time Value Consulting, Sam was saddled with the overall responsibility for providing operational direction for all the firm’s financial advisory services. During the period he executed a couple of due diligence, business re-engineering and transformational services for different clients of the firm.

He trained in the firm of Messrs V.O Akinmoluwa & Co (Chartered Accountants). In 1998, he was seconded to Akitorch Securites Limited as an Investment Analyst. At Akitorch Securities he was responsible for investment analysis, equity valuation, share pricing and venture capital analysis. He resigned to join Cooperative Bank (now a legacy bank in Skye Bank) in 2000 as an Inspector. He joined the services of legacy Oceanic Bank in January 2003 and worked as Inspector, Resident Auditor and risk analyst in the bank till he disengaged in 2009 to join Time Value Consulting Limited.

Sam is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He is currently a level III candidate of the prestigious Institute of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Sam was the best qualifying student of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria in May 1999 diet. He equally won Akintola Williams prize for the best outstanding and qualifying student of the Institute in the year 1999. He has been a Resource person and Facilitator at WYSE Associates Ltd, a leading accounting professional tutorial center in Lagos for the past 16 years. He is currently one of the directors and facilitators in the field of Advanced Financial Accounting, Financial Reporting and Corporate Reporting in the tutorial center.

Sam is a regular paper presenter in the following areas – Corporate modelling and valuation, due diligence practice and reporting, IFRS conversion and implementation, internal control and audit etc. His practical experience and knowledge of financial reporting and advisory services are extensive and have been used in strategy, financial and business re-engineering assignments he had undertaken so far. He graduated from the University of Ilorin, Ilorin Nigeria and equally a holder of master degree in finance from University of Lagos.

Olutoyin is a proficient and seasoned professional with accounting, audit, tax, finance and banking career spanning over 22 years, He holds a BSC. (Hons) Agriculture (Soil Science option) University of Ibadan, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, (ICAN).

His Audit and Accountancy practice career of about 7years was spent at Messrs Hamzat Subair Folami & Co. (Chartered Accountants) before moving to the Finance and Banking Sector.

During his audit period with the firm, where he started as trainee, he rose to audit Senior, he performed as Audit lead on various assignments.

His banking career which spanned almost 14 years began at the then Standard Trust Bank as the first Resident Control Officer (RCO) of Damaturu branch, North Eastern Region. In 2001, he emerged as the best control staff in the entire North Eastern Region.

At Oceanic Bank International Plc where he spent over 10years, he worked as Internal Auditor/Inspector in various branches and Head office departments: Head office Operations departments: Clearing, Treasury Operations, Trade Operations, Remittances, Central Processing Centre, BPR, FINCON, HR, RMD, Corporate & Commercial Banking unit, Cheque Management unit, Cash Management Unit, He was part of the team that represents the Internal Control unit during Finacle upgrade.

He worked in management capacity outside Nigeria, during his stint with legacy Oceanic Bank International Plc when he was seconded to Sao Tome e Principe in 2009 as the Country Controller with a mandate to recruit and train internal control staff.

Consequent to take-over of Oceanic Bank International Plc by Ecobank Trans International (ETI) he worked for almost 3 years with Ecobank Nigeria Limited, he was moved from Internal Control to Credit & Marketing where he served as Branch Manager in four different branches under Apapa region before he withdrew in 2014 to take over the mantle of leadership in Sunday Ajibare & Co. – a firm of Chartered Accountants which he set up in 2012.

With superlative track record, Mr. Ajibare consulting experience cut across turn around management, business process development and managing organizational change.

He teamed up with other professionals to set up DTAS in 2015, as the Managing partner, he supervises the direction and growth of the firm.

Since leaving the Ecobank group in 2014, Olutoyin has been involved in Auditing, Accounting, Consultancy and Training work.

Before now, Olutoyin was the Principal Partner at Sunday Ajibare & Co.
